Market Overview

The Market Overview tab holds market information about your property's area, including the area description, photos, demographics, quality of life, employment, and property-specific radius data. All of it can flow into your brochures, listing websites, and flyers.

The information on this tab feeds into your brochures, listing websites, and flyers based on the outlines you've set up. If you want to make sure your Outlines include your market overview information, email us at [email protected] and we'll help you set them up.

After you create a new property, open it and select Market Overview from the property menu. Most of this tab is filled in automatically by IntellCRE. If you uploaded a setup sheet with market information when you created the property, that data is added here too.

Every section follows the same pattern. The content is filled in for you, and you can edit it, regenerate it with AI, or add your own fields, rows, and lines.

At the top of the tab you'll find the heading and description for the market. You can edit any of the text, switch to a new AI-generated description, or choose which data source the content comes from.

If you didn't upload a photo of the market or city with your data room, you can add one here. Upload an image or drag and drop it, or search IntellCRE's stock photos. For example, type "San Diego" and pick the image you like. After adding a photo, you can edit it in the photo editor. Our other articles and videos cover the photo editor in more detail.

Demographic highlights and tables are filled in for you. You can edit any value, regenerate the content with AI, add new demographic highlights, and add rows to any table.

These sections work the same way as Demographics. The content is filled in for you, and you can edit, regenerate, or add to it as needed.

Employment map. Drag the map to reposition it, then save the view. The saved view is how the employment map appears in your brochure and other assets.

Employers. Each employer is listed with its name and coordinates. You can add a new employer and choose whether it gets a pin on the map.

Employment metrics and industries. Both are filled in for you and fully editable.

This section shows metrics for different radii around the property. You can edit the values by hand or regenerate them with AI. Much of this information is also used on the maps in your marketing assets.
