Saved Pages and Outlines let you build reusable, branded brochure templates for your team. Saved Pages are the building blocks. Outlines are your Saved Pages put together into a full template, like an OM, BOV or flyer.
Why Build Outlines?
An Outline is your branded guide for every deal. Once it’s set up, IntellCRE can turn any deal room into a polished, ready-to-send brochure in about 5 minutes.
Speed: Skip the blank page. Pick your Outline and your brochure comes together with your pages, layout and branding already in place.
Consistency: Every OM, BOV and flyer your team sends looks the same and follows your brand guidelines, no matter who builds it.
Build once, use on every deal: Set up your pages one time and reuse them across every listing.
Scale your listing volume: Less time formatting means more time on deals and more deals to market.
Easy for the whole team: New team members can produce on-brand materials from day one.
Flexible: Make different Outlines for different document types or asset classes, and still customize any brochure after it’s generated.
How They Work Together
Saved Page: A single page design, like an executive summary, table of contents or rent comp summary.
Outline: A set of Saved Pages in order. It’s the starting point for a brochure.
Build your Saved Pages first, then use them in your Outlines.
To get there: Go to Settings. You’ll find both Saved Pages and Outlines there.
Part 1: Saved Pages
Landscape or Portrait
Every Saved Page can be made in landscape or portrait. Choose the orientation when you click New Page and the steps are the same.
Organize with Folders
Your existing Saved Pages show in the left-hand menu. You can sort them into folders however works best for your team. For example:
By document type (OM pages, flyers, BOVs)
By asset class
Create a New Saved Page
Click New Saved Page. You’ll have three ways to start:
Option | What it is | Best for |
Blank Pages | Preset layouts with modules already placed (map, text and photo, photo with data summary, etc.) | Starting from scratch |
Smart Pages | IntellCRE’s default pages (executive summary, rent comp summary, market overview, table of contents, etc.) | Starting from a ready-made base |
Import from File | Pull in a page from an existing file | Using a design you already have |
Tip: You can collapse the categories you don’t use often.
Option A: Start from a Blank Page
Select a Blank Page layout. For example, a table and a photo.
Pick your orientation (photo on top, table on the left, etc.).
Click Add Page.
Fill in the page:
Add a static photo if it should stay the same on every property.
Update the content, like text, formatting, colors and gradients.
Add modules. For example, add an image module and set it as a full page background.
Option B: Start from a Smart Page
Select a Smart Page. For example, a Table of Contents.
Make your changes:
Replace the image
Update the text or disclaimer text
Edit the labels
Save.
Part 2: Outlines
Create a New Outline
Go to Outlines and click New Outline.
Choose landscape or portrait.
Name your Outline (for example, “Multi-Family OM 2026”).
Add it to a folder (optional).
Select your layout (single page or booklet).
Choose where to start:
Default structure: Best if this is your first Outline.
An existing Outline: Best if you already have one you like. For example, if you’ve built your OM and now want a BOV, start from your OM so your customizations carry over.
Click Create.
Customize Your Outline
Your Outline opens with all of its pages listed on the right (cover page, table of contents, section divider, executive summary, etc.). If you started from the default, these are IntellCRE’s default pages.
Click any page, like the Executive Summary.
Make your updates.
Repeat for any other pages you want to change.
Duplicate an Outline
Already have an Outline you like? Click Duplicate to make a copy and edit from there. We recommend this as a great starting point if you have any pre-existing Outlines.
Quick Tips
Build your Saved Pages first. Your Outlines are built from Saved Pages. Build your Pages then pull them all together in an Outline.
Start from what you have. It’s usually quicker to start from a Smart Page or an existing Outline than from scratch.
Use folders. They keep things easy to find as your library grows or separate by different team needs.
