In Booklet layout, pages appear side by side, like a printed book. When a section has an odd number of pages, a blank page gets added to fill the last spread. You can fix it in one of three ways:
Add a Page. Click +Add Page, choose a page type, and move it to where the blank page is in your Outline.
Make the page count even. Shorten or combine the content so the section fits on one fewer page (for example, 5 pages down to 4).
Switch to Single-Page View. Create a new brochure in a Single-Page layout that shows one page at a time, so you'll never get a blank page.

Go to Settings > Profile > Contact Information. There you can update your position, office name, email address, and phone number. Your updated contact information will be added automatically to all future brochures.

With your brochure open, click Add Page, choose a Photo page, and then pick the 4-Photo Grid option.
You can also add a Photo Module to any page in your brochure. This gives you more flexibility when you want photos mixed in with other content instead of on their own page. Choose whichever fits the look you're going for.

Can I draw an outline around my property aerial photo?
Yes. First save a map image to your property photos, then add the outline in your brochure.
Go to Property Info. Under your property photos, select Drag and Drop or Open Photo Library.
Choose Map, then zoom and position the map the way you want it.
Select Use Photo, then Add to Property Photos. The map is now saved in this property's photo library.
Open your brochure's Site Plan page, add a Photo Module, and select your new map photo.
Click the photo and choose Outline from the menu panel on the right. Drag the outline into place, then adjust the line width, color, fill, and shading however you like.
