Using the Photo Editor
The new IntellCRE Photo Editor gives you everything you need to prepare polished, professional images without leaving the platform.
Crop photos, adjust brightness and color, highlight property boundaries, and create multiple outlined areas—all directly within your IntellCRE Photo Library.
Accessing the Photo Editor
Open your property and navigate to the Photo Library.
Select any image and click the Edit icon.
You can also upload new images, reuse photos from other properties, and filter your library by property, photo type, or uploader.
Crop & Enhance Photos
Use the Photo Editor to:
Crop images using preset aspect ratios or custom dimensions
Adjust exposure, brightness, contrast, saturation, warmth, tint, grayscale, warmth, tint, and sepia
Reset edits at any time
These tools help optimize photos for brochures, websites, proposals, and other marketing materials.
Highlight Property Boundaries
Draw one or multiple outlines to clearly identify property boundaries or separate parcels.
Customize each outline with:
Color
Thickness
Opacity
Line style (solid, dashed, dotted, etc.)
Rounded corners
You can also adjust the shading, blur, and opacity inside or outside the outlined area to better emphasize the property.
Save Your Edits
When you're finished editing, choose to:
Save – Replace the original photo.
Save as New Photo (recommended) – Create a new edited version while preserving the original image.
Your edited photos are immediately available throughout IntellCRE for use in brochures, websites, BOVs, proposals, and more.
