We’ve added new features to give you more control over your brochure’s design, especially the back cover (last page) and section layout.
Back Cover (Last Page)
You can now customize the last page directly in the Brochure Builder:
Page Layouts: Choose from brand color, vertical, or transparent styles
Text Fields: Edit the main line (e.g., property name) and secondary line (e.g., address)
Author Headshots: Show or hide
Legal or Confidentiality Text: Add optional disclaimer text
Office Address: Show or hide
Show QR Code with Property Website Link: Show or hide
Visibility Controls: Show or hide headshots, legal text, office address, QR code, and branding
Hide IntellCRE branding: Option to display or remove IntellCRE branding
Gradient Image Overlays: Option to improve text readability on light or dark images
Outro Section Cover
A new Outro section has been added:
Includes a default Contact Us page
Helps manage the final pages of your brochure
Controls the background image for the last page ("Outro Cover")
Section & Page Controls
Disable section intro pages to start sections directly with content
Move pages between sections for better organization
Add property logos via Property Dashboard → Property Info
