When creating marketing materials, high-quality imagery can make a significant difference. IntellCRE now includes integrated stock photo libraries, giving you access to professionally licensed images directly within the platform.
Whether you're missing property photos, need market imagery, or want to elevate the overall design of your marketing assets, you can now browse and insert stock photos without leaving IntellCRE.
What You Can Do
With the new Stock Photo Library, you can:
Search thousands of professionally licensed stock photos by keyword
Filter images by orientation (Landscape, Vertical, or Square)
Add stock photos directly to your property's Photo Library
Use stock images in brochures, BOVs, proposals, listing websites, and other marketing assets
Edit imported stock photos using IntellCRE's Photo Editor
This feature is especially useful when:
A property has limited photography available
You need market or city imagery
You want polished section divider pages
You need background images for financial tables, rent rolls, or other content
Accessing Stock Photos from the Photo Library
Open your property.
Navigate to the Photo Library.
Select the Stock Photos tab at the top.
Search using keywords (for example, roof, storage, or San Diego).
Optionally filter by image orientation.
Click the image you'd like to use.
The selected image will automatically be imported into your property's Photo Library, where it can be edited and used just like any uploaded photo.
Accessing Stock Photos While Building a Brochure
You can also insert stock photos without leaving the Brochure Builder.
Open your marketing asset in the Brochure Builder.
Add a page containing an image module (or edit an existing one).
Click the Photo Library icon in the image selector.
Select the Stock Photos tab.
Search for an image and insert it directly onto the page.
This makes it easy to quickly enhance pages or section covers while designing your brochure.
