How to Create a Retailer Map with Logos

The Retailer Map module allows you to create fully customizable 2D or 3D maps that showcase nearby retailers and points of interest (POI) directly within your marketing materials.


How to create a Custom Page with a Retailer/POI Map

Step 1) Add a Retailer Map to Your Brochure

  1. Open your property and navigate to Brochures.

  2. Open the brochure you want to edit.

  3. In the page outline, click New Page.

  4. Select Page Builder and enter a page name (e.g., "Retailer Map").

  5. Drag the Map Module onto the page and resize it as needed.

Step 2) Configure the Map

Within the Map Module, you can:

  • Display the subject property location.

  • Show nearby retailers and points of interest.

  • Switch between 2D and 3D views.

  • Adjust:

    • Zoom

    • Rotation

    • Tilt

    • Map layers

Step 3) Add Nearby Retailers and Points of Interest

  1. Select a category such as:

    • Retail

    • Food & Beverage

    • Entertainment

    • Other available categories

  2. Click any map pin to add it to your map.

  3. The system automatically displays the retailer's logo when available.

  4. Drag and reposition pins anywhere on the map for optimal presentation.

Step 4) Customize Pins and Logos

Each pin can be customized individually:

  • Display Styles

    • Logo Only

    • Logo + Text

    • Text Only

  • Appearance Settings

    • Pin size

    • Padding

    • Corner radius

    • Text color

    • Background color

    • Border color

    • Alignment

    • Pin marker style (dot, circle, star, etc.)

    • Line colors

  • Logo Options

    • Use logos automatically provided by the system.

    • Select from available logo variations.

    • Upload your own custom logo if desired.

  • Customize the Subject Property Pin

    • The property location pin supports the same customization options as retailer pins, including: Logo uploads, Logo + text display, Size adjustments, Positioning

Apply Global Styling: Use the Global Options on the bottom to update the appearance of all pins at once, ensuring a consistent look across the map.

Step 5) Save and Add to Your Document

  1. When your map is complete, click Done.

  2. Add the new Map custom page within your brochure.

  3. Review the results on the right, in the Live Preview.


Tips

  • Use retailer logos to create a more professional and visually engaging presentation.

  • Combine multiple categories to highlight the strongest amenities surrounding a property.

  • Adjust pin placement manually to improve readability and prevent overlap.

The Retailer Map module helps create polished, interactive location visuals that enhance offering memorandums, brochures, and other property marketing materials.
