This article explains how to configure your logos, colors, fonts, and brochure design settings so all client-facing materials reflect your brand consistently.
Access Branding Settings
Go to Platform Settings
Click Branding
From here, you can manage logos, colors, fonts, gradients, and additional design options.
Brokerage Branding (Optional)
If your firm belongs to a supported brokerage:
Click Select Brokerage Branding (top-right)
Logos and colors will be applied automatically
If your brokerage is not listed, you can manually upload and configure all branding settings below.
Branding Settings Overview
Setting | Description | Where It Appears |
In-App Logo | Main logo used inside the platform | Flipbooks and interactive assets (top-left corner) |
Horizontal Logo | Logo for light backgrounds | Brochure interior pages and white sections |
Horizontal White Logo | Logo for dark backgrounds | Title pages and section divider pages |
Primary Color | Core brand color | Property websites, brochures, deal boxes, flipbooks, and default backgrounds |
Secondary Color | Supporting brand color | Bullet points, key metrics, tables, and secondary charts |
Section Divider Background Color | Section highlight color | Section divider pages and title page blocks |
Background Color | Overall document background | Defaults to white; can be set to dark or custom colors |
Text Color | Controls text readability | Automatically adapts to background; can be customized |
Gradient Colors | Flyer data block styling | Central information block in property flyers |
Fonts | Typography settings | Header and body text across all marketing materials |

Preview sample header and body text before applying fonts

Brochure Settings
Brochure-specific options are located under:
Settings → Billing → Brochures
Default Layout
Choose the default layout when opening the brochure configurator:
Single Page View
One page at a time
No blank pages
Recommended for digital sharing
Booklet View
Two-page spreads
Designed for print-style layouts
Requires an even number of pages per section
Design Styles
Available brochure styles include:
Minimal – Clean and subtle
Colorful – More prominent color usage
Custom – Tailored designs per team or company
Custom styles can be configured upon request.

Preview before generating brochures
Designers can assist with optimization
Section Divider Patterns
Apply patterns only to section divider pages
Adjustable opacity
Separate settings for Minimal and Colorful styles
Design Tip
Dark backgrounds → use light patterns
Light backgrounds → use subtle, low-contrast patterns
