How To Customize a Brochure Cover Page

Updated over a week ago

We’ve introduced new Cover Page customization options in the Brochure Configurator.

You can now control the cover page design style and layout independently from the overall brochure design.

Where to Find Cover Page Settings

  1. Open the Brochure Configurator

  2. Navigate to Cover Page Style

  3. Select your preferred layout

Your changes update instantly and can be viewed in the live preview on the right.

What’s Included on Every Cover Page

All styles display the same core information:

  • Document title (e.g., Offering Memorandum)

  • Property name or highlight (For Sale / For Lease)

  • Property address

The property address is pulled directly from your deal settings.

To update the address:

  1. Edit the address in your deal

  2. Save your changes

  3. Regenerate or preview the brochure

The cover page will automatically reflect the updated information.

Cover Page Styles

The only difference between styles is how the information is arranged and displayed.

1. Horizontal Style

  • Horizontal brand stripe

  • Logo positioned on the bottom-right

  • Structured text layout across the page

Best for: A clean, traditional look with strong brand presence.

2. Vertical Style

  • Vertical brand band on the left

  • Vertically displayed logo

  • Text arranged on the bottom of the cover photo

Best for: A modern, bold layout.

3. Transparent Style

  • No brand stripe

  • Text and logo placed directly over the cover photo

  • Minimal design elements

Best for: Showcasing your property image.

What’s Next

This is the first release of expanded cover page customization.

Coming soon:

We welcome your feedback as we continue improving these options.
