Maps are a critical part of any marketing package—especially retailer maps and those highlighting nearby amenities. With our latest update, you now have full control over map zoom, positioning, and points of interest (POIs) to better tailor your materials to each property.
You can now:
Adjust map zoom and positioning
Customize points of interest (POIs), including retailers
Customize your POI categories
Add, edit, or remove specific locations
Control the details of how maps appear in your final brochure
Accessing the Map
Navigate to Property Info
Scroll to the Location section
View the AI-generated map with nearby amenities and POIs
Adjusting Map Zoom & Position
You can control exactly how much area your map displays:
Use the map controls to zoom in/out or recenter
Adjust the view to capture the desired area
Click “Save as New Map Zoom and Position”
This saved view will be used in the Points of Interest page in your generated brochure.
Customizing Points of Interest (POIs)
Different property types require different nearby amenities. You can fully tailor POIs to match your asset.
Edit Existing POIs
Remove locations that aren’t relevant
Modify existing entries as needed
Add a New POI
Click New POI
Enter a name for this POI label
Add location by:
Typing an address, or
Clicking “Place POI Pin on Map” and selecting a location
Select Add POI
Tip: You can bulk upload POIs by copying and pasting a list directly into the table.
Add a New POI Category
Click +New POI Category
Name your category (e.g., “Gas Stations”)
Save
Remove POIs or Categories
Delete individual POIs
Remove entire categories if not needed
Note: There is currently a maximum of 40 POIs per map.
Best Practices & Tips
By Property Types:
Multifamily: Focus on lifestyle amenities (gyms, restaurants, parks)
Retail: Highlight co-tenants, traffic drivers, and shopping centers
Industrial / Land / Self Storage: Prioritize access, infrastructure, and key nearby services
Tips & Efficiency Hacks:
Be intentional with selection: Only include POIs that support your story
Use zoom strategically: Show either hyper-local detail or broader market context depending on the asset
