How To Customize Brochure Sections & Custom Pages

Brochure Builder & Page Builder Updates

We’ve released a new set of improvements to give you more flexibility and control when building brochures. Below is a quick overview of what’s new and how to use it.

Updated Section Controls

You’ll notice some changes in the brochure outline:

  • Section Intros Toggle

    • You can now enable or disable section intro pages for individual sections.

  • Index Inclusion Settings

    • Control whether a page (e.g., Offering Summary) appears in the outline/index.

    • Go to the page options in the Brochure Outline and toggle:

      • Include Title in Section Intro

      • Section Intro Enabled

Section Intro Page Customization

An updated configuration panel is available for section intro pages:

  • Show Section Intro Context

    • When turned off, only the background photo is shown

  • Section Title

    • Toggle section name

  • Show Page Index

    • Decide if the page should be included in the index

  • Customize Text Fields on Section Index:

    • Primary Text (commonly property name or address)

    • Secondary Text

    • Tertiary Text

  • Display Company Logo

    • Placement depends on the brochure style template

These controls allow you to tailor how each section is introduced visually.

Adding Pages & Sections

You can now build more efficiently directly within the Brochure Outline:

  • Add new pages or custom sections from the sidebar

  • Upload and insert PDF sections directly into your brochure

  • Select or create a new template

This streamlines the process of assembling content from multiple sources.

Page Builder Enhancements

Expanded Grid System

  • Grid upgraded from 12×12 to 24×24

  • Provides finer design control over layout and resizing

Adjustable Grid Gap

  • You can now control spacing between elements:

    • Increase gap → more space between elements

    • Set gap to 0 → elements sit flush against each other

Example:

  • Two images placed side by side:

    • Gap = 12px → visible spacing

    • Gap = 0px → images touch edge-to-edge

This gives you more precision when designing layouts.

Summary

These updates are focused on improving layout flexibility and giving you granular control over:

  • Section intro presentation

  • Brochure structure and indexing

  • Page layout and spacing

  • Content assembly (pages, sections, PDFs)

More major updates are on the way soon—stay tuned for additional announcements.
