How To Create Custom Brochure Pages

The Custom Page Builder in the IntellCRE Brochure Builder lets you create fully customized brochure pages using text, tables, and images — arranged exactly how you want.

How to Access Page Builder

  1. Open Brochure Builder

  2. Click Add Custom Page

  3. Select Add my Own Page

  4. Choose Page Builder

You’ll see a layout grid and three content blocks to choose from.


Available Blocks

Text Block

  • Full rich text editor

  • Copy/paste content

  • Adjust fonts, size, bold, alignment

  • Create bullet or numbered lists

Table Block

  • Place and resize anywhere on the grid

  • Copy/paste directly from spreadsheets

  • Customize fonts, colors, row size, and alignment

Image Block

  • Insert images anywhere

  • Resize as needed

  • Add multiple images per page


Page Settings

  • Give the page an internal name

  • Set visibility using the “Visible for every property” checkbox at the top of the page:

    • Unchecked: Visible only for the current property

    • Checked: Available across all deals in the account

Click Done to save. Your page will appear under Custom Pages, where you can drag and place it in any order in the brochure.
