The Market Overview is an automatically generated report that pulls together key demographic and market insights for your property. It includes:
City overview & lifestyle descriptions

Asset-type-specific insights (multifamily, retail, self-storage, etc.)

Step 1: Accessing the Market Overview
Open your deal in IntellCRE.
In the left-hand Property Menu, click Market Overview.
You’ll see the automatically generated report based on your selected geography:
MSA (Metropolitan Statistical Area): Best for larger markets with more robust data
Incorporated Place: Ideal for smaller, more localized regions
Choose whichever view best represents your deal’s location.
Step 2: Editing & Customizing the Market Overview
All content is fully customizable. You can revise text, replace images, edit numbers, or regenerate any section.
City Overview
Edit the title, city name, and descriptive text
Upload and reposition your own hero image
