Overview
Blank pages can appear when using the booklet layout, which is designed as two-page spreads (left and right pages viewed together). Each section needs to fill both sides of a spread. If a section has an odd number of pages, one side of the spread will naturally be empty—resulting in what looks like a blank page.
A helpful way to think about it: every page needs a “pair” to complete the spread. If one is missing, you’ll see an empty spot.
Why Blank Pages Happen
Booklet layout requires even-numbered pages per section
Sections with odd page counts will include a blank page at the end
This does not occur in single-page view
How to Remove Blank Pages
Option 1: Switch to Single Page View (Easiest)
Use Single Page Layout instead of booklet
No requirement for even page counts
Automatically removes all blank pages
Option 2: Add a Page to Balance the Section
If you want to keep booklet format:
Add a photo page or custom page to the section
Place it where the blank page appears
This ensures the section has an even number of pages
Option 3: Reduce Content to Fit Fewer Pages
Edit pages with overflowing content (e.g., property descriptions, highlights)
Shorten text, remove extra spacing, or clean up duplicate content
Ensure content fits on one page instead of spilling into two
Option 4: Adjust Data-Heavy Sections
For sections like comps or advisory bios:
Reduce the number of items (e.g., fewer comps or advisors)
Enable charts or alternative views to optimize layout
Add a photo page if needed to balance page count
Option 5: Optimize Page Builder Layouts
If using Page Builder:
Decrease font size
Reduce table row height
Remove extra line breaks or spacing
Condense content to fit within a single page when possible
Option 6: Combine or Group Content
Group multiple images into a photo grid
Consolidate content to reduce total page count
Helps convert odd page counts into even ones
Summary
To eliminate blank pages in booklet layout:
Ensure each section has an even number of pages
Add, remove, or adjust content as needed
For a quick fix, switch to Single Page View. For booklet formatting, use a combination of adding pages or condensing content to maintain even page counts.
