Automated Bio Pages in Brochures

IntellCRE now supports automated bio pages for property brochures. This feature automatically generates professional Advisory Bio sections using user profile information—saving time, ensuring consistency, and keeping brochures client-ready without manual formatting.


1. Set Up Your Bio Profile (One-Time Setup)

Automated bio pages are powered by user profiles. Before a bio can appear in a brochure, the user’s profile must be configured.

How to Configure Your Bio:

  1. Go to your Profile

  2. Scroll to the Bio section

  3. Add content using supported blocks:

    • Text blocks

    • Bullet lists

  4. Ensure your profile also includes:

    • Headshot

    • Contact information

    • Organization details

  5. Save your changes

Once saved, your bio is available automatically for use in any brochure where you are added as an author.

Note: Only users with a configured bio will appear in automated bio pages.


2. Add Automated Bio Pages to a Brochure

Once profiles are set up, adding bio pages to a brochure is automatic.

How to Add an Advisory Bio:

  1. Open the Brochure Configurator

  2. In the Presented By (authors) section, add yourself and/or team members

  3. Next to each person, you’ll see an checkmark indicating whether a bio is configured

When one or more authors with configured bios are included:

  • IntellCRE automatically creates an Advisory Bio or Advisory Bios section

  • One bio page is generated per included author

  • Each page includes:

    • Headshot

    • Name and title

    • Contact information

    • Organization details

    • Bio content from the user’s profile

The section automatically inherits your brochure’s layout, branding, and design settings—no manual uploads or custom pages required.


Best Practices

  • Keep bios concise and client-facing

  • Highlight credentials, awards, and notable experience

  • Use consistent formatting across team members for a polished presentation

  • Update profiles periodically—changes apply to future brochures automatically

Admin controls are coming soon! Organization admins will soon be able to manage and edit team member bios centrally from Settings → Team, making it even easier to keep branding and messaging consistent across your entire firm.
