How to Use Photo Grouping in Brochures
Clean visuals make a powerful first impression. With Photo Grouping, IntellCRE gives you a faster, more flexible way to organize property and area photos—so your brochures look polished, intentional, and easy to scan.
This update introduces a new photo interface directly inside the typical brochure configurator, making it simple to create photo grids, add captions, and control exactly how images appear across both brochures and property websites.
What Is Photo Grouping?
Photo Grouping lets you:
Upload and manage photos directly in the brochure configurator
Create single-photo sections or multi-photo grids
Reorder, rename, hide, or ungroup photos and photo sets
Automatically sync photos to your property website
All changes update in real time so you can instantly preview how your brochure will look.
Step 1: Upload Property Photos in the Brochure Configurator
You can now upload photos directly from the Brochure Configurator—no extra steps required.
Add Property Photos or Area Photos
Uploaded photos automatically flow into:
Your brochure
Your property website
This ensures consistency across all marketing outputs without duplicate work.
Step 2: Create Photo Groups (Grids)
To create a photo group or grid:
Drag and drop photos together within the configurator
Grouped photos automatically form a grid
Watch the live preview update instantly
You can create:
Single-photo groups
Multi-photo grids (e.g., 2-up, 3-up, or more)
Step 3: Title Groups & Add Captions
Each photo group includes a customizable title:
Group names become section titles in your brochure
Click to rename them to match your layout or narrative
You can also:
Add captions to individual photos
Use captions to clarify features, views, or locations
Step 4: Reorder, Hide, or Ungroup Photos
Photo Grouping gives you full layout control:
Reorder photos within a group
Reorder groups themselves to adjust brochure flow
Hide a photo or entire group using the three-dot menu
Hidden items won’t appear in the brochure
Ungroup photos at any time to return to individual images
These same controls apply to Area Photos as well.
Step 5: Preview & Publish with Confidence
As you make changes, the live brochure preview updates in real time—so you always know exactly how your final output will look before sharing.
Once published:
