How To Create Custom Financial Table Pages (Brochure)

Create fully formatted financial pages in your brochures—no model mapping required.

The Custom Table Page Builder allows you to quickly add financial tables to your brochures by simply copying and pasting data from Excel—or entering it manually. This feature gives you full control over formatting while automatically handling layout and page overflow.


Where to Find the Custom Table Page Builder

  1. Open the Brochure Configurator

  2. Navigate to Append Custom Page

  3. Click Add My Own Pages

  4. Select Create Table Page

The Custom Table Page Builder will open with a blank grid and live preview.


Creating a Table Page

  1. Add a Page Title

    • Enter a custom title at the top of the page.

  2. Paste or Enter Data

    • Copy a table directly from Excel and paste it into the grid.

      • The system automatically detects the size of your dataset, adds necessary rows and columns, and creates additional pages if content overflows.

    • Or manually type financial data into cells.


Live Preview

The builder includes a lightning-fast live preview, so you can instantly see how your page will appear in the brochure.

You can also:

  • Show or hide the footer

  • Adjust formatting in real time


Table Formatting Options

Fine-tune your table with flexible formatting tools:

Text Formatting

  • Bold text

  • Adjust font size

  • Change text color

  • Align text (left, center, right)

Row & Column Styling

  • Apply background colors (e.g., identity/brand color)

  • Adjust row height

  • Highlight totals (e.g., bold + light gray background)

  • Improve contrast (e.g., white text on dark background)

Grid Controls

  • Add rows

  • Add columns

  • Duplicate columns

  • Modify specific rows or columns independently

The system automatically optimizes spacing and layout to keep your table clean and professional.


Saving & Managing Custom Pages

When finished:

  • Click Done or exit the builder.

  • Your custom page will be saved in the Custom Pages section of your Brochure layout.

You can utilize this new custom page for one specific deal or reuse the page across multiple deals.

Placing the Page in Your Brochure

Once created, you can place your custom table page anywhere in the document:

  • Drag and position it within the brochure structure

  • Add it to the beginning, middle, or end of your document

Your formatted table will appear exactly as shown in the preview.
