The Authors module (also called "Presented by") automatically adds your team's contact info to any page. Add it once to a saved page or outline, and every deck you build fills it in with the brokers on that deal, including names, titles, headshots, phone numbers, emails, and license numbers.
How Authors Get Into Your Deck
Start building a new deck for a deal.
In the deck settings, find Presented by.
If you've built decks for this property before, those authors are suggested automatically.
Add anyone else from your organization.
Click Build my deck.
Every Authors module in the deck automatically fills in with the people you selected.
Adding the Authors Module to a Page
You can add an Authors module to any page, in the Deck Builder or in your saved pages.
Click Add Module and choose Authors.
Place it on the page and resize it to cover the area you want.
On a saved page, the module shows empty until it's used in a deck for an actual deal. That's expected.
Adding or Changing Authors After the Deck Is Built
Click the Authors module.
Under Authors in the right-hand panel, add or remove people.
Each author's name, position, headshot, phone, email, and license number fill in automatically.
Customizing the Authors Module
Layout
Flow:
Vertical: authors stack top to bottom when there's enough vertical space.
Horizontal: authors sit side by side.
Horizontal and vertical gap between authors
Text alignment: left, center, or right
Headshots
Turn headshots on or off
Shape: rounded or square
Size
Position: top left, top, bottom right, and more
Border: add a colored border around each headshot
Text styles
Each text type has its own font, size, color, weight, and letter case settings:
Author name
Position text (for example, Principal Broker or Managing Partner)
Data lines: phone, email, license number
Design tip: make the position text a slightly different color than the name. For example, a white name with gray titles, or use your brand's secondary color for the titles.
Standard module settings
Background, opacity, and border
Layout: padding and alignment
Position
Module permissions and locks (see Brand Controls for Admins: Locks, Pins & AI Settings)
Example: A "Contact Us" Last Page That Builds Itself
1. Build the saved page
Go to Settings > Saved Pages and create a new page from the Photo layouts. Choose a full bleed photo.
Add the property name and address as text, large and centered.
Remove the footer if you don't need it, and add your company logo at the bottom.
Add an Authors module and place it where you want your contact info.
Style the Authors module however you like: headshots, colors, layout.
Save it with a clear name, like Last Page Authors.
2. Add it to your outline
Go to Settings > Saved Outlines and open your outline (for example, your OM outline).
Add a page at the very end and choose Last Page Authors from your saved pages.
3. Build a deck
On your next deal, choose that outline and add your brokers under Presented by. The last page fills itself in:
Property name and address are AI populated
Background photo pulls from your data room
Authors appear with their contact info and headshots, in the styles you set on the saved page
Tips
Set the style once on the saved page. Every author added to a deal picks up those settings automatically.
Keep team profiles up to date. The module pulls in each person's saved name, title, headshot, and contact info.
Lock the module's position and style so teammates don't move it, while authors can still change from deal to deal.
