Set up your branding once and every brochure you create will automatically use your logo, colors, fonts and preferred styles. Everything lives under two settings pages: Branding and Brochure Styles.
Important Note: Everything you set at the Setting level here is a default. You can still change the layout, design style, cover page, patterns, gradients, and everything else in any individual brochure.
Branding
This page covers everything about your company or brokerage.
To get there: Go to Settings > Branding.
Logos
Logo: Upload your main logo. You can also adjust the zoom.
Horizontal logo: Upload a horizontal version.
Logo on background: Upload a version of your logo on your own background.
Having more than one logo version lets IntellCRE pick the right one depending on the background of the page it’s placed on.

Secondary color
Section divider color
Background color
Text color: Use this if your brand has a specific color for text.
Gradient preference: Set your standard gradient here. You can still customize gradients in each brochure.

IntellCRE Branding
Choose to show or hide the IntellCRE branding on your materials.
Brochure Styles
This page uses the branding you just set up and applies it to your brochures.
To get there: Go to Brochures > Brochure Styles.

Pick the layout your brochures start with:
Booklet (flipbook style, two pages)
Single page
Default Design Style
Minimal
Colorful
You’ll set up the details for each one further down the page.
Default Cover Page Style
Horizontal
Vertical
Transparent
Background Patterns
Add a pattern or visual behind your brochure pages. It helps break up white or solid backgrounds.
Minimal Template Settings
Section divider opacity: Controls how much the divider overlays the photo. It helps make your text easier to read.
Section divider type: A solid color, a background pattern, your logo or another design.
Colorful Template Settings
Section divider opacity: In this template, the divider overlays the entire photo. You can also change the direction.
Section divider pattern: Add a geometric or other pattern you like to use.
Last page pattern: Add a pattern for the last page and adjust its opacity.
Good to Know
Everything here is a default. You can still change the layout, design style, cover page, patterns and gradients in any individual brochure.
