The Property Information tab holds the core details about your deal: basic property data, highlights, descriptions, area information, logos and maps. Everything you enter here feeds into your OMs, BOVs, flyers, listing websites and other marketing materials, so you only need to enter it once.
Overview
After you create a new deal or property, open it and select Property Information in the left-hand menu.
Property data fields. At the top of the page are the basic property details: property type, whether it's for sale or for lease, units or size, space count, price and more. The fields get more detailed as you scroll down. They may already be filled in from the files you uploaded when you created the property, and you can edit any of them by hand. At the bottom of the list, New Field lets you add your own custom fields. See the Custom Data Fields section below.
Property highlights. Property highlights appear on the right-hand side of the page. You can type them in, pull them from an upload, or use AI Generate to write them for you.
Operating totals. In this section you enter figures like net operating income (NOI) and cap rate. You can also choose to use GOI and expenses.
Property logos. You can add a logo for this deal. We recommend uploading two versions: one that looks good on a light background and one that looks good on a dark background. If you're working the deal with another brokerage, you can add their co-brokerage logos here too.
Property description, area and location, and area highlights. Like the highlights section, each of these can come from an upload, be edited by hand, or be written with AI Generate. You can rename the header of any section, so it can be as specific or as broad as you like.
POI map. Start by making sure the map is centered on the right location. To adjust it, drag the pin on the map or enter latitude and longitude coordinates. If the deal has more than one location, such as a portfolio, you can add the other locations here.
Points of interest. POIs are grouped into color-coded categories. For each POI you can set the pin, name and coordinates. You can also rename a category or remove it entirely. POIs can come from a setup sheet you uploaded, be added one at a time with Add New POI, or be filled in with AI Generate. There's also a Transit category, and Add New POI Category lets you create a new group.
Custom Data Fields
Custom data fields let you track and show details that aren't in the default fields, like the number of elevators or any other detail you want in your marketing materials.
You can add Custom Data Fields in two places:
Option 1: From the Property Information tab. Scroll to the bottom of the property data fields and click New Field. Choose a field type (number, year, text, etc.), give the field a name, and add it. Use this when the field is specific to one property.
Option 2: From Settings. For a field you want across all your deals, go to Settings, then Deals, then Data Fields. This page shows the full data schema the platform uses, including every default field, its field type and these options:
Text Fallback: spells numbers out as words (for example, "2" shows as "two").
Default Visibility: controls whether the field appears on the Property Information tab.
Default Listing Visibility: controls whether the field appears on your property listing websites.
Deal Type: sets which deal types the field can apply to.
To add a field, scroll to the bottom and click New Field. Choose the field type, name the field, and check the visibility options you want. After you save it, the field is available on any existing or new property.
Seeing custom fields on your listing website. If you checked Default Listing Visibility, go to Listings and preview your listing to see the field on your listing website.
