The new Brochure Builder keeps getting more powerful. Today's update adds more ways to add pages, reusable saved pages (templates) organized into folders, and new design modules.
Here's what's new:
Add a Page
When you click Add a page, you now have more options than a blank page:
Blank page — build a page from scratch and add any modules you need.
Import sheet — turn an Excel sheet into a page. Every Excel file in the deal's data room appears here; pick a file, then choose the specific sheet you want to turn into a page. You can also upload a new file at this step and select a sheet from it.
Saved pages — insert a page you've previously saved as a template.
Saved Pages (Page Templates)
Saved pages let you reuse a page across brochures, organized into folders — for example, per document, per team, or per person who created the template.
To add a saved page: click Add a Page, select Saved Pages, choose the folder, pick the page you want, and add it to your brochure.
To manage saved pages: go to Settings and select Manage Saved Pages. From here you can view all folders and pages, create new saved pages, and organize them.
Access permission levels for folders are coming soon.
New Modules
Click Add Module to use the newly introduced modules:
Accent line — add a horizontal or vertical line to create a visual accent. Control the line style, stroke, and color, plus the background, border, layout, width, height, and X/Y position.
Icon — place an icon anywhere on the page. Search the icon library (for example, "house") and select one, then set the color, weight (thin, regular, or bold), and size. You can also adjust the background, border, layout, horizontal and vertical padding, width, and height.
Coming Soon
More legacy property pages are being migrated into the new builder, so you'll see some already available there. Quick layouts are also coming soon — pre-designed combinations of text, tables, and pictures that make it much faster to create great-looking pages.
Need help?
We're continually adding features to the new builder, and the options can be hard to explore in a single session. If there's functionality, a module, or a customization you'd like us to prioritize, let us know.
