How to View and Filter Your Deal Pipeline

The Deal Pipeline now includes enhanced visibility, powerful filtering, and customizable views to help you better understand and manage your deals at a glance.

This article walks through the new pipeline totals, filters, and saved views demonstrated in the video above.


How to Filter Your Deal Pipeline

Filters allow you to narrow your pipeline and focus on specific deals or segments for yourself or your team.

You can filter your pipeline by:

  • Deal Status (Lead, In Progress, Closed, Cancelled)

  • Created By (Deal Owner)

  • Property Type

  • Offer Type

  • State (Location)

  • Property Value

  • Year Built

  • Rentable Area

Multiple filters can be applied at once. For example, you can view all deals in California that were created by a specific owner or worked by a selected team.

How to Save a Filtered View

Once your filters are set:

  1. Click New View

  2. Enter a name for the view

  3. Click Save View

Saved views make it easy to return to the same filtered pipeline and can be used for individual workflows or team-level tracking.
