State Confidentiality Agreements

State Confidentiality Agreements

We’ve introduced Per-State Confidentiality Agreements, giving you more control over how confidentiality terms are applied based on deal location.

What’s New

You can now create and manage multiple confidentiality agreements by state, in addition to your default general agreement.

How It Works

  1. Navigate to Settings.

  2. Go to Organization.

  3. Open Confidentiality Agreement settings.

  4. You’ll see:

    • A default (general) confidentiality agreement

    • The option to add one or more Per-State Confidentiality Agreements

Where These Appear

  • All confidentiality agreements (default and per-state) automatically populate in the brochure.

  • When viewing a deal, the system will pull the appropriate confidentiality agreement based on the state associated with that deal.

  • The correct Per-State Confidentiality Agreement will appear in the Confidentiality Agreement section of the brochure.

Why This Matters

This feature ensures:

  • State-specific compliance

  • Clear, accurate confidentiality terms for each deal

  • Less manual work when preparing brochures

We’re excited to roll this out and will continue launching new features frequently—stay tuned for more updates.
