Control who has access to IntellCRE, how your team is organized and what each person can do. This setup is especially helpful for larger enterprise accounts, but it works for a team of any size.
How They Work Together
Users: Anyone with access to your IntellCRE platform, including brokers, legal, compliance, marketing, analysts and leadership.
Teams: Groups of users, like the pods in your organization. You can set them up by asset type, location or however you’re structured.
Permissions: The rules for each role (Super Admin, Admin, Member). They set what users in each role can see and do.
Part 1: Users
Invite New Users
Go to Users.
Click Invite and add anyone from your company.
Set their starting role.
Manage Users
Your users table shows:
Field | What it shows |
Name and Email | The basics |
Team | Which team(s) they belong to |
Status | Active, or invited but not verified yet |
Role | Super Admin, Admin or Member |
Joined | When they joined |
Position and Office | Their title and office name |
Licenses | Their broker licenses, including multi-state |
Phone and Contact Email | Primary phone, secondary phone and contact email |
Bio | Whether they’ve set up their bio |
Broker or Support | Whether they’re a broker or a support team member (legal, compliance, etc.) |
Add a Broker License
Click into the user’s Licenses.
Add the license number, state, expiration date and any notes.
Tip: Use the filters and search bar to find people quickly on a large team.
Part 2: Teams
Team Settings
Turn on Teams with the toggle if you want to use them.
Choose your settings:
Cross-team deal visibility: Allow users to see other teams’ deals, or turn it off.
Multi-team visibility: Choose how deal visibility works for an outside team when one of its users is added to a deal.
Multiple teams per user: Choose whether users can belong to more than one team.
Set Up Each Team
Each team (for example, “Multifamily”) has its own settings:
Visibility into other teams’ deals: If you turned off cross-team visibility at the top, it’s off here too.
Property type: Choose the property type the team works on.
Users: Add users to the team.
Create a New Team
Click New Team to set one up from scratch.
Part 3: Permissions
This is where you decide what each role can do. You’ll see the same list of permissions for every role. Just check or uncheck the boxes.

Setup Tips
Keep Outlines and Saved Pages with Admins. For example, make your marketing team Admins so they control your templates. If you don’t want brokers changing them, uncheck those boxes for Members.
Lock pages that shouldn’t change. For example, lock your CA page so only Admins can edit the copy.
Billing and Permissions usually belong to Super Admins.
Make legal or compliance a support member. They can keep licenses up to date without being listed as brokers.
